Station Playlists

To Get to Station Playlists:

Click 7-Day Reports from the main menu bar
Select the 7 Day period you wish to review (default is through yesterday).
Click Station Playlists (under Station Analysis)

To Locate a Station by Call Letters or Market:

Select by Station (type call letters in bar) or Market (type market/city name in bar)
Click GO button.
Select a report from Click Below to Select Reports (far right hand side)

Available Reports:

7 Day - displays currents and recurrents in a rolling 7 day report

Building - displays currents and recurrents for the current R&R chart week to date and allows you to build the report from the past 1 to 7 days

Year-To-Date - displays currents and recurrents from January 1st through current week ending with Saturday

Not Playing - displays the most played currents and recurrents of the format not getting airplay on the station

To Locate a Station by Format:

Browse By Format (click GO button)
All monitored stations are listed. You may sort alphabetically by choosing Sort by Market or Sort by Station Call letters.
All formats are shown; you may filter the station list by selecting a format.
Select a Station.

7-Day Station Playlist: (ranked by plays)
This chart is sorted by most spins for this week (TW), past 7 days, broken down by most played titles. The chart may be sorted by clicking on any blue column header.

How to Read the 7-Day Station Playlist: (from left to right)

New: new spin detections from past 7 days (TW) that did not appear in previous 7 days (lw)

Station Rank: rank is by lw (last week) followed by TW (this week). Artist/Songs are initially ranked (sorted) by TW

Artist: ranked by spins. Click on Artist name to view 7-Day Song Analysis for artist/song

Title: ranked by spins. Clicking on song Title to view 7-Day Song Analysis for artist/song

Graphic icon located next to song title will take you to the 12-Week Airplay Trends for song at selected station; also includes 12-Week Airplay Trends for overall format

Year: year song first released/first spin detections (appears only in Gold Reports)

Spins: click actual number of spins under TW or lw to view the detailed 7 Day Spin Grid (spins broken down by day and hour) for the last four weeks at the selected station

+/- : Shows the difference in total spins from previous 7 days (TW-lw)

By Daypart: Spin totals broken down by dayparts (ov = overnight; am = morning drive; md = midday; pm = afternoon drive; ev = evening)

Arbitron Audience: Shows each station's Total Spins, Arbitron Audience in milions, % of Overall Spins, First and Last Played dates for each daypart.

Historical Data (far right side): Click on either date or spins under either First Played or Spins to Date for particular artist to view detailed Song History (total spins, first played, daypart data, Arbitron numbers) for the song at selected station

7-Day Station Playlist - Additional Header Information: (upper left corner)

Additional information about the selected station appears in the upper left corner of the report:

7-Day Station Playlist - Additional Options: (upper right corner)

View Building Station Playlist - displays currents and recurrents for the current R&R chart week to date and allows you to build the report for the past 1 to 7 days

Show Format Comp & Rank (replaces Historical Data information):

- Format Rank (on left):Overall format rank for song

- Format Comparison (on right side):

- Format Avg: average spins per week for entire format

- Station Call letter (far right): Shows +/- spins for individual station compared to overall format average for song

Show Songs Not Playing: Lists all songs receiving airplay in station format that the station is not currently playing 2+ times per week. Includes Format Rank (lw/TW) and Format Spins (TW/lw) information

Show Record Labels: Shows record labels next to each song in the report

Download to Spreadsheet: Saves the report as an Excel spreadsheet
